My stay was exceptional, with a perfect sea view room on the 8th floor that really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was a bit serious at times, but the outstanding service from staff, especially Mohamed and Nabil by the pool, made all the difference. The food was varied and delicious, though I think a brighter ambiance would enhance the overall holiday experience. I'm definitely coming back to this great resort!
